My career has taken me across government, finance, economic development, and cultural institutions in the United States, Asia, and the Pacific—often in roles where the stakes were high, the context complex, and the margin for error nonexistent. I’ve led organizations, managed large budgets, overseen sensitive negotiations, and coordinated initiatives that required trust across governments, cultures, and communities.
What these experiences taught me is simple:
the most successful outcomes are rarely loud—they are well prepared.
